Lexi is the Owner of LMB Consulting and the Industry Partnership Lead for Showpig. With experience spanning startups, government agencies, and for-profit companies—all within the agriculture industry—she brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to her role.

At Showpig, she serves as the key representative between Showpig and the National Pork Board, managing programs supported by both organizations to drive industry impact.

She is a graduate of Iowa State University, earning a degree in Public Service and Administration in Agriculture with a minor in Journalism and Entrepreneurship.

Recently, she and her husband returned to her family farm in Southeast Iowa, where they are raising their son, Oliver.
